I got a LS1 from a Camaro 1999 that I fitted a Procharger P1SC kit from a Pontiac GTO 2005 LS2 on. Should be a 7psi setup.

I wonder how your boost curves looks like?

When I log I can see that the boost rises from 3500rpm to 6200rpm and is max 140kpa at the top.

I would think that I got more boost than 7psi because its a smaller engine with less power than the LS2. I suspect a leak somewhere?!?

Pictures here http://www.hocky.se its the Volvo 242.

Why should you get more boost? Have you changed the pulley or the crank pulley?

A smaller stock engine flows less air and therefore will usually have more boost because it acts as a restricter. Same thing when you go to a larger cam, your boost will drop.

~95kPa = normal WOT for N/A car (atmospheric)
extra 45kPa = 6.5psi of boost

1 of 3 things:
This is what this setup makes.
There's a slight boost leak somewhere.
The belt on the Procharger is slipping.
