Black Box logging?

Ive tried to black box log and cannot get Scan to read from the V2.
The only files left on the sdcard are the trace files with extentions efx.
Is there any way to convert these files?
When I did a few runs it seemed to be recording the data. Is all my data lost?

If there are no *.efi files on the SD card then there is no data.

You could send the *.efx files to me (paul@efilive.com) and I can see what went wrong, but there's no way to recover logged data from those files. The *.efx files only store the last few seconds of data.
