Hello all My old computer with wind.98 went to hell. so I got a new computer with vista. Im having trouble installing the drivers for the usb cable. can i get some help please?

still having trouble with usb drivers.. tells me when i open efi that they wont work, to plug in flashscan and open software again.. but it doesnt see it i guess.. any ideas?

But in Vista you still need to be logged in with admin rights/privileges.
