So my ses light comes on and off, scanned it, code is 101 for the maf sensor. I have .75 Lbs at idle, is this within range?

0.75 lb/min is a reasonable idle airflow. Check to see if the signal is intermittent or view the raw Hz to see if that's consistent first.
