Which one do you have?
AEM has a few, one in particular is non linear.
6085

CALC.AFR_AEM & CALC.BEN_AEM are the ones you want.
The other 4 are for the non linear (dual) AEM.

If you don't have any other calc.pids you can save it as the calc.pids.txt in
C:\My Documents\EFILive\V7.5\User Configuration
or you can copy them to you existing calc.pids.txt

What exactly is the error? (screen shot)
I replaced mine with it and got no error.
If you download the file to C:\My Documents\EFILive\V7.5\User Configuration
it will need to be renamed, calc_pids.txt

CALC.AEM_AFR & GM.AFR must also be selected.
If have a GEN4 vehicle you will need to change the commanded AFR PID to the
one that matches the PCM/OS in the calc_pids.txt

Example:
For an E38 PCM change
*CLC-00-014
factor 0.0 2.0 0.2 "({CALC.AEM_AFR}/{GM.AFR})"
to
*CLC-00-014
factor 0.0 2.0 0.2 "({CALC.AEM_AFR}/{E38.AFRATIO_DMA})"

How to create an extra external PID (linear WBO2 example) (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=132)
