Help!!

I just got efi live and i downloaded everything. i went to plug it into my truck and i cant load the ecm stock file. none of the three are highlighted. please help!! and i tried unplugging the ecm and plugging it back in

Does the Flashscan display start up if only plugged into the OBDII port?
If not cigarette fuse may be blown.
Do you have the key in the run position.

everything starts up fine on the screen. just i cant use any of the 3 upload buttons

Have you entered your license info?
When the RR tool bar is displayed there is another set of the "upload buttons" visible,
the RR buttons will be greyed if you are not connected to it.

Try hot keys:
Read = Ctrl+PgUp
Program Calibration only = Ctrl+PgDn
Program Calibration and Operating System = Ctrl+Alt+PgDn

Help> Register EFILive
You will get a notification when opening scan or tune if the software is not registered.

You should still see the green and red buttons for "standard" PCM read/write if the RR tool bar is displayed.
