View Full Version : LS2 / L92 Combo with cam Tune

Not much info for tune settings to be found on the web, so I thought I'd post my tune settings for some feed back.

Stock LS2 tune as base

LS7 Injectors

Assuming both LS2 and LS7 fuel pressure rate of 58psi (Delta 400 kPa)

Copied over all the settings from LS7 injector settings, all almost identicle, apart from B4001 Injector Flow Base and B1210 Injector Flow Correction Vacuum

{B4001} was fairly straight forward using RHS injector spread sheet. Working with the LS7 Delta 400kPa (0 kPa MAP) 5.2588 grams / sec value, I calculated the injectors lb hr value as 41.7365. Used this value in the spread sheet and entered the grams / sec values into B4001 table. Screen shots below

{B1210} was a little more complex, the LS2 table resolution is much higher. I copied over the values where the tables corresponded between DELTA 400 kPa = 0 kPa MAP to DELTA 480 kPa = 80 Kpa MAP and used efilive to interpolate between the gaps and then smoothed. Screen shots below

Air Flow

{B0200} Main VE Table, I will scale up the values 25% in the higher RPM / MAP cells.

{B0230) Maximum Expected VE, as above

{B2007} Maximum Expected Air Flow, as above

MAF

{B1098} MAF frequency low, not sure..... do I scale

{B1099} MAF frequency high, as above


Spark

{B5101} HI octane Spark, will use LS3 LO octane table.
