Hot Start Question on LS7

When the water temps on my forged LS7 get above about 215*F, it takes about 5 seconds or more of cranking before it finally stumbles into a rough idle. A few pumps of the gas pedal and the idle settles down. Can anyone point me to which table in EFIlive that will address this problem.

What PCM/OS?

E38 ecu, not sure on operating system off the top of my head. Car is an '08 ZO6.

B0138 Cranking Commanded Fuel should help. Richens mixture once the ECT is over 195 and influence of time since last run can be included.
