High VE values

I have been trying to dial in my VE and I have been getting large VE values that I know cant be right. I have a 2 bar sensor and a custom operating system. I have went through the tutorial and made sure I was doing everything as described.

Can someone take a look at the log and tune below and offer suggestions?

I don't see any problems when you have the desired AFR at idle, PT, and WOT with having good duty cycle!!

Well, if you want to reduce these numbers, you can add fuel in {B3647}.

For example, instead of dialing 14.5 you can change it with 12.0 (about 21% off the original no.). Then take about 15 ~ 18% from the VE table to compensate for that reduction.
