LLY Suncoast 5 to 6 speed conversion cals

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows if the EFI system will pick up to enable the 6th gear variables like apply, release, 5-6shift line, and the 6-5 shift line when the 6 speed Suncoast system is used? I would like to be able to use the tool to control early lockup when in tow/haul. Basically, I want to use tow/haul for my fuel economy shift schedule.

Those TCM's are locked and cannot be tuned.
