Monitoring the LTFTs

I've got a gauge hooked up to my diagnostic port which outputs the LTFT for bank 1 and bank 2. I've notice the numbers in these going as high as 4.8 and 8.0. I just want to verify, is it these numbers which should be staying around 0.0 always when the LTFTs are tweaked?

i think it is between 5 and -5 values. I did a speed density tune on my car and they are at 1.6 and -0.8
