I have used a tune from Holden Crazy to tune a motor with Cable throttle using 1mb PCM. The operating system is 12606807. Is there a COS for this?

That is a late model (2006) OS for the LS1 controller. So, there is no COS for this I'm afraid. Do you need to be using the late model OS, or could you go back to say OS # 12587603 and therefore COS # 040730xx?

I was just using the latter one as it works with cable throttle, Will the earlier one work as well?

I actually don't know 100% the answer to that. Did the 2005 Commodore use cable throttle still? If so you could use OS # 12592433 and COS # 041400xx. 2005 was the first year Holden used the 1MB PCM.

We did add the options matrix in the calibrations a while back, with that you can just tell the PCM, ETC or Non ETC.

Thanks guys thats all good, The motor starts/runs etc with close air/fuel, (loaded my own maps) Idles nice But misfires at revs and P0315 comes up. In order to do a relearn is it necessary to have foot on the brake......its a bit hard in a boat with no brakes:doh2:

Yes....foot on brake is necessary.
I guess you can just ground that pin in the PCM....if you know which it is.

Looks like pin 33 (BLUE) TCC brake switch signal, Would this make sense ?

You will also need a VSS signal... for crank relearn it has to be zero... find the VSS input pins and ground them also:

C2:20 and C2:21.

Warning C:50 is output to instrument panel, do not ground this.
