Its no longer available in the latest pre release?

It's been removed for one of two reasons (I don't recall which).
We used to limit the SAE.MAP value to 105kPa, since expanding that to 255kPa the need for the full scale DMA PID no longer exists.
It was only used for some field / development testing, it's only been defined for 3 E40 OS's. so I'm leaning towards this being the reason.
You should be fine to just use SAE.MAP instead.

I guess I have one of the three, still I thought dma pid has better than sae pid, I switched back to prevois version

Not really the case, the DMA PID's are usually created by us when we need to monitor something the PCM does not normally have as a PID selection.
