Does anyone have the settings for these injectors?
I found conflicting information on them,
anywhere from 36lb to 38lb and even 42lb. :nixweiss:
I've also read they are the same as BOSCH# 0280155811

This means they are 39.85/hr at 4 bar if my math is correct.

It was an old url I had saved from LS1tech article.

The tech sheet said it flowed 34.51 at 43.5 psi, most of the aftermarket companies have flow matched sets that flow 36 lb at 3 bar, so it is often call the 42 lb injector for the lsx engines. The BOSCH# 0280155811 is know as the white top injector and was used in the the C5 for racing. The GM part# is 24508208.

So the offsets and flow rate will be in an ASA .tun
Now to find one. :sneaky:

I also found this on the ASA tune:

The .pdf is somewhat useful.
It shows the flow rating with N-heptane, which means the data is not perfect.
I got the script in that thread but I would really like to see an actual ASA .tun file.
The one I found does not seem to be right {B4001}.

Did you ever manage to get some more information on these injectors? I'm trying to use the same ones.

P.S. :doh2:
The 12212156.cax needs to be used for {B9021}. (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?9143-.cax-file-updates)

what program are you using to open/read cax files? I am using windows xp and am getting a message that windows cannot open the file.

Use Notepad that comes with Windows (i.e. go Start->Run and enter in Notepad.exe).

To set Notepad as the default .cax viewer/editor do this:
in Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer), go Tools->Folder Options->File Types and define a new file type for .cax and for Opens With specify Notepad.

These injectors are used in the ASA tune. The GM tables are available in the ASA tun...offsets etc.
There are both a 1998 ASA and 2000 ASA/World Challenge Corvette tune in the tune file repository - under Corvette ASA. (http://holdencrazy.com/EFILive/stockTunes.php ).
Good Luck. :D

Is this data correct for a 4th gen F-Body that has 58-59 PSI fuel pressure?
