E38 Flex Fuel OS ???'s

Can a 2007 Silverado Flex fuel E38 computer be full flashed with an OS from a NON-Flex fuel 2007 Silverado OS. This is for an Off-Road swap...I'm installing the motor into a Jeep Wrangler and just noticed that it's a Flex Fuel engine, when I read the stock OS...:shock:

I dont think it should honestly, if you dont run anything but regular gas anyway then the E85 tables will never come into play...
