Is it possible to run a PCM with the anti-theft enabled? I guy brought his 1990 Jeep Wrangler to me, he adapted a 2003 6.0ltr & TH350 combo & he had the wiring done at a shop across the border in "MEXICO" He wanted me to datalog and find out why it's missing badly under load...at all speeds! So I hooked my V2 and BBR his tune file, he's using a 0411 PCM. I start going thru his tune and I went directly to {G1201} anti-theft and I was surprised to see that it was still enabled with "CLASS-2 ANTI-THEFT".....WTF!!! How would the motor run? I noticed that he was running the motor OLSD and instead of removing and disabling the O2 sensors they cut the wires at the sensors(all 4) crimped them all together & grounded them to the chasis....:shock::shock:
I had an extra 0411 PCM and tried connecting to harness but it wouldn't start....:bad:

It does not seem likely but possibly there is a BCM and necessary inputs to allow the engine to start. You sure were brave to put your 411 PCM in that vehicle! Who knows what could be shorted in that harness.

I removed the grounded wires and went thru both RED & Blue connector's and every wire I checked was pinned to the right location....
I made sure before I actually tried connecting my 0411...:D
