I have the latest build and i tried hooking up to a 2009 Chevrolet truck 2500 and on the control panel says no controller found. Will the autotap cable not work on this type of PCM with efi live??? I have had no other problems with other vehicles older than this

You will need a software license key, I pm'd Tech Support.

Which AutoTap cable do you have...?

Which build of V7.5 software are you using (build 99...?)...?

Oh, I don't think the AT cable will work with CAN... I'm not sure, I'll find out more.

I'm almost certain the AutoTap will not do CAN vehicles. You will need to get a FlashScan V2 based product to cater for newer vehicles.

Well i ran it through the Autotap program and i was able to get live data and read dtcs. Just cant get it to work with efi live first time ive had this happen i was able to connect to an 08 alright awhile back. Only thing under the hood on the federal emissions sticker it says 2009 year incomplete never have seen that. And i do have the newer red case AT cable is what im using.

The red AutoTap ATUSB cable is capable of connecting to CAN vehicle when using the AutoTap software. However, EFILive software does not support CAN vehicles when using the ATUSB cable. The EFILive software only supports VPW vehicles when using the ATUSB cable.
