View Full Version : DSP output problem

I hooked up a DSP5 switch, a valet switch and also a light to the output. Both of the switches work great but the output isn't. What I'm trying to do is to have the light come on at a certain boost level. It seems like the light is turning "off" instead of "on" when it should. The settings I have are as follows:

Parameters Value
{A0115} DSP Output - Disabled
{A0116} TPS Min - 0
{A0117} RPM Max - 5000 RPM
{A0118} RPM Min - 1700 RPM
{A0119} Boost Max - 500 kPa
{A0120} Boost Min - 35 kPa
{A0121} Coolant Max - 138 °c
{A0122} Coolant Min - (-40) °c
{A0123} Torque Value Min -(-500) Nm
{A0124} Torque Reduction - Disabled

What is actually happening is the light comes on at 1700 RPM. Then the light goes out when the boost goes to 35 Kpa.
I was expecting the light to stay off until both the RPM's were above 1700 and the boost is above 35.
Can someone explain why the light comes on then goes off when the boost hits 35?
i can't seem to have the light come on at a certain boost level, it will only go off.
Any suggestions?

Did you also send this to support?

Yes,
It didn't seem that anyone had an answer so I sent it into support. I noticed a thread about being a tester. I'm up for that, I responded to that thread also.

Do you have any updates for this yet?
I'd like to get this taken care of.

Thanks
