I am wondering if there is a way to enable a pseudo lean cruise on a
E38 based 5.3 LMG of 2007.
OS is 12614088

No there isn't. The older LS1 PCM still had the factory lean cruise code in there for many years even after they stopped using it, the patch files that were posted up here just re-enabled it for all platforms.
