several weeks ago when i tried to reflash my truck 2002 chevy trailblazer (I changed the low the same as high oct and changed the EGR from 1000 to 5000) and my truck didnt seem to respond on gears D, 3, 2. Only responded on 1 and reverse.

I reflash back to the orginal tune and nothing worked. I send my truck to the trans dealer and the trans was fine. So i send it to the GM dealer. They replaced the PCM and reflashed the program. I already had reflashed to the latest updates before all of this happened.

The gear seemed to work except me trying to reflash the efilive tune telling me to liscence my program which i did twice and nothing happened. Here is one case similar to miny problem:

I shouldnt have deleted the file i used to reflash but there is one file i have that is similar, the only difference is the checksum was different from the one i used today.

I'm a bit confused, what you show there is an E38 reflash yet your sig shows a 2002 Trailblazer.

Oh no thats not mine. I used this from someone elses thread that had the same problem as mine and that was the result of trying to reflash my pcm. Yes it is a 2002 chevy trailblazer.

It also kept asking my about the licensing and the problem still occurs.

If you replaced the PCM you have to use another license before you can flash it.

Im stumped about this one, no idea why you're having these issues. Maybe get the *.blx files for Paul.

Also, if you get a calibration missing just reflash the tune in again. Ive had this happen a few times, just have to flash it again until it takes. Always been able to recover it.

well it told me to use the license which i did but nothing happened rather than the licenses thing popping out again. before had 2 used and 2 avalible now have 0 availble and still pops out. i thought we need only 2 for another license??

Please upgrade to the latest pre-release software available here:
http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=12014

Once the V8 software is installed, update your FlashScan firmware to V2.06.16

Paul
