im converting to a 99+os and pcm. but i cant find where to put c1 36(fuel gauge output control) wire in. in this site it says to put in c2 38 in the new connector. but when i look up c2 38 in 99 pin assignments this pin is unused. should i delete it?
will i still be able to use my fuel gauge? i know about the segments that i have to do, but will deleting c1 36 hurt anything?

Right, you need to do a segment swap to make that pin work.
