Do you mean TCM?
LC1 vehicles do not have a TCM.
As long as the status bar shows connected and
the OBDII options are active you are connected to the PCM.

on there it says it but it says
pcm not detected
ecm not detected
tcm not detected
could it be related to vats?
cause when i do a full reflash with my bin on the rr pcm it works initially. i can connect on the scanner and when i turn the ignition only the fuel gauge and my fuel pump are working(98to 02os). the fuel pump primes for 2 to 3 secs and the fuel gauge works. but then i go and close the file after a reflash. and i turn the ignition off and retry to connect and it wont let me, the above pcm ecm and tcm say not detected. also the fuel pump only primes for half the time then what it should and my fuel gauge jumps to full, but it was working before i turned the igntion off wtf

Try performing a VATS re-link.
In the Tune.exe there is a key icon at the top tool bar. (Ctrl+Home)
Then try setting {G1201} Anti Theft Configuration to None.
This maybe necessary because of the 98 PCM conversion.
I think it is also necessary to consolidate the 3 connectors from
the PCM to the IPC into 2.

Did you do a segment swap for the fuel system?
I don't know which vehicle it needs to come from but
I do know it must be from the same OS.
