Not Connected message

I downloaded and installed EFILive V7.5.5 Build 88. I have the ODB2AllInOne USB. It is on COM9. When I try to connect, it doesn't find the intereface cable and I can't connect.

Anyone have any ideas or experience with this?

I'm sorry but this is not going to work with EFILive software.

Sorry, only EFILive hardware (and AutoTap) interfaces with the Scan Tool.
