I have not used my wideband in about 2 years since I was running V1.

Question is... I have my V2 all ready to go but need to know what wires on my LC1 I hook up and to where, What changes since I bought the T/A cable that plugs into the LC1 (OUT).

Do I still run:
- red to switched power
-blue to chassis ground

Do I still have to use the white, green, yellow and brown wires?

THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

Al the serial cable does is transfer data, it still needs 12v & ground.
Connect the white wire to chassis ground.
You don't need to have the analog wires connected to the V2.

So blue and white go to chassis ground, red to switched ignition, and then I am good to go?

No other wires need to be connected except for the TA cable from the wide band to the V2 then then?

Don't forget to connect the serial cable to the V2. :hihi:

FYI the white wire (system ground) emits +/-1v.
If using the LC-1 to simulate a NBO2 then it would go back to the PCM for the Low Signal and
the analog wire that is programmed to simulate NBO2 goes to the High Signal.

Im not using as a narrow band. So the white wire... I have it connected to chassis ground, is that wrong/. Does it have to go to the V2 A1-??

You can leave the white wire disconnected...

When you use serial comm, you don't need any connections to AD[1-4]-.

Lol,

O.K. then, I hook up blue to ground, red to power, make sure the serial cable is connected between the LC1 and the V2 and then I'm set!

Sounds to simple...

You have to go into the V2 setup options and tell it the brand of wideband...
