View Full Version : grams/cyl not matching from tune/ scan tool

Ok im sure it is something simple and stupid...taking my shots a gas tuning here.
Someone please instruct me what im doing wrong, i log and my data is coming up with my KR coming in at 0.060-0.070 at grams/cyl...well my tune tool only goes up to 0.042...
so therefore how can i tune in the higher cells when i cant view them in the toon tool to edit?? its like i know what to do here but not poissible because for some reason i have something displayed wrong or linked wrong.
i would appreciate the help!

Which table...? Are you looking in B5913, B5914...?

Yeah man, b5913 and b5914....they only go up to 0.042...my maps produce more than that like 1.16

The PID in the map doesn't match the tables linked PID.
You need to change the map's PID or the cal_link.txt
I'd change map's PID.

see i notice on the spark tables it is oz/cyl and my map in the scan tool is in gram/cyl...is there a way to change this
or what is the fix? cause my drop down menu in the map only has gram/cyl
sorry for all the questions guys but this is beating me with the stick! lol

You need to do this:
In tunetool, go Edit->Configure Display Units, find B5913, B5914, and any other tables that use the pids from 1. above,
select all of those tables, rightclick on these and select Metric; click OK, close tunetool and reopen it.
