Ready to purchase. Where to buy?

Hey guys, I have been doing alot of reading on the forums lately. Trying to soak in as much as possible. I am ready to make the purchase, but what I have been seeing on various sites are if you buy from them, they will send you a tune already made for your vehicle. This is mostly on Diesel vehicles, not gas. I want a predesigned tune when I purchase so I can just tune it from there. I want to be able to see the difference from a stock tune to a modified tune. I think it will help my learning curve.

I am purchasing this not only for my truck, but so I can advertise on Craigslist and other various ways to bring in some extra income. I will be attending the EFI 101 classes when available.
