I'm not aware of a way to do it in the software (never really looked actually). But, if you open your PID file with a text editor you can change it:

Default - Priority 1
GM.AFR=1,589

Changed - Priority 2
GM.AFR=2,589

On the PIDs tab you can rightclick and you can see the setable priorities... but they are all greyed out... this might be a bug.

On the [Data F9] tab page, use Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2 and Ctrl+3 to set the priority.

The right click menu that you can see on the [PIDs F8] tab page should also exist on the F9 tab page (it's a bug that needs to be fixed). When the bug is fixed and the menu is available again on the F9 tab page the three priority setting menu items will be enabled for the F9 tab page.
