Can anyone advise if the VE table can be auto tuned with out a map that can read pressure. If so how does this feature work. Please advise.

Cant be done. Must have an input from either a MAF or MAP sensor

Can it be done with MAF with personal scan and tune.

It's not the best way to do it, but you can tune with the MAF. There have been MAF translators on the market since I can remember to help add/subtract fuel. But, keep in mind the PCM references the MAF less and less as airflow levels drop.
