4L60E most likely, I say this with 99% accuracy. The HDs got the 4L80E but the 1500s got the 4L60E.

Tune it using the LS1 99-08 controller, both engine and trans will be in the same file unlike your Duramax where the ECM and TCM are seperate. :D
