Help me make a DYNAIRvsMAFFREQ map!!

Can someone give me the data, row, column etc.. on a DYNAIRvsMAFFREQ map to dail in my MAF.. whatever is the easiest to read for a newb..

I've got one setup now, but I don't think its exactly right.. I would like to double check with anyone who has made and used one sucessfully..

good question! IF for some reason i do decide to use my MAF again, how does one recalibrate it? i always hear about how modifications to the intake tract will change it, but, never hear how to fix it.
