i am only interested in 99+ gen 3 one. just wondering do you have to get a license for each Efi live? i already have efi live. just want the roadrunner and license if thats possible to buy.

Do not believe so. I purchased the license for the roadrunner already when I bought it, all that needs to be done is to have a new one generated from Donna for your cable. I had mine linked to (2) different cables and it worked fine. I have the roadrunner/license available.

If the RR has already been license then it can be used with another Flashscan device,
no need to buy a new one.

I may be interested in the 98 RR. Did you use it and did it work well or did you have problems with it. I ask because I've heard the 98 PCM can be very finicky.

None at all. I used it on a few cars and it was great. Same price.
