C5 PCM tuning question .......cell interaction

I know that in certain tables, the numbers you input can be changed by the PCM to meet internal scale limitations, rounding etc. Is this true of the MAF table as well? Makes it very tough to tune as it seems we get the lower section dialed in (idle, tip out low load) determine a factor for the balance of the table and the log after this second go around shows the low end which was perfect is now 2-3% off. Seems each subsequent log/re-tune makes it worse.

Is there interaction in the MAF table?
