Yes, this is exactly what the cax files are for.
Unfortunately you need to know where in the tune file these tables are to build the cax, which can be a monumental task. I am sure if MICK has any idea on where it is he might post up, though I think breaking into his wifes VY V6 pcm is taking precedence at the moment.:hihi:

The million dollar question.
One method is to compare a bin file where a modification has been made in this calibration with another tuning suite where this cal is defined, to an unmodified one using a hex editor. This will give you the addresses in the bin file where this information is stored. Then it is just a matter of working out the scalars etc.
