B3809 - B3810 How are they used?

OK I have been searching and there are very few posts actually describing what these 2 tables do. I have a 3600 Yank Stall and 3.42 rear gears and I am pretty sure that this takes the stock values in these 2 tables and makes them worthless. Any thoughts on what I should set them too?

Can anyone explain the boundries?

These are the boundaries for the LTFT Matrix which can be viewed in the Scan Tool.
I doubt they have an effect on A/T, do but I don't know for sure.

There's 23 LTFT cells... 16 of them are arranged in a 4x4 matrix with RPM and MAP as the axes...

Those two tables define the boundaries of the rows/columns on those two axes.
