What exactly does this do? Does it Limit the Amount of Power the Truck will put out?
Mine is Set at 812 on the whole Board.

then you have no barometric limiting then.

The Person that Built my Tune has it like that.
But does that mean my Truck will only put out 812tq?

No, that number is purely a reference for the ECM, just like the MM3 values that it uses as well.

Ok.
Will I have any Power Increase if I was to make it 1000, or anything Higher than 812?

No, commanding anything over 812 in table B1115 and B1116 is pointless. The TQ reference goes up to 812 in B1102. Just like if you command anything over 120mm3 in B1102 is pointless because B0720 only goes up to 120mm3.

So what if I up the Values in all the Tables in those Maps to over 812 since they all Stop at 812, will I then See a Power Increase?

yes they will stop at 812.

My guess is that GM could have used that table to ensure smoke (via torque limiting) was kept low at different altitudes, but having said that, I've never seen a factory tune with it scaled drastically different over the baro range.

I set mine at 900 just to make sure I wasn't gonna bump any limiters, just a peace of mind thing I guess haha
