I have a guy with LT headers on a otherwise stock 99 Camaro. The thing has corvette 02's in the front so they will reach the connectors. The car keeps setting 02 codes for insufficient swithing. It also won't pass the systems readiness for EVAP catalyst tests, and EGR. I don't know what's going on with the thing. He's running no cats with rear 02 sims. I have disabled the rear 02's but I've never run into one that has front 02 problems arise after LT headers. Does anyone know what I should change to tell the PCM that the front 02's are further down stream? What does everyone set the enablers to so that the inspection will pass? Thanks,
Aaron.

Sounds like the problem may be the sensors. Were they brand new when they were installed? Also, make sure the pin-outs are the same between Corvette and Camaro sensors. They should be, but I haven't chased the wires myself, so that's a potential question (which you may have already answered). In order to pass inspection, you shouldn't have any problems if all the relevant readiness tests pass. That's easy enough to check with EFILive. Other problems sound like something got screwed up during header installation.

The sensors were new, they were purchased from Advance Auto and I'm pretty sure they are junk. They are rear O2's for a C5 Corvette. I can't confirm the wires though cause the color code does not match on the replacement O2's all the wires are white except the ground which is black. It keeps setting more and more O2 codes. Just about all of them have been set by now. The car of course has been doing this for some time before he asked me to do the tune. I know It's not from my work, but I'm still trying to fix it for him so he can get it inspected.

You have to be carefull with what you get from Autozone. I got the 99 vette O2's for mine. Both box's were Bosch but 1 contained an another brand of O2. They had to order me another to get me fixed up. The Bosch O2's have a tan colored jacket on the wires and work fine with my 99.

I replaced mine with Bosch 13111's from Advance Auto and did not have to change anything else. Are you sure you do not have any other problems? Check the O2's wires to make sure they are not rubbing on the header. I know when I installed my headers the wires are very close to the header. I wrapped the wires with head shield.
Good luck.
