I currently have a car tuned with LS1 edit. Should I return it to stock before converting over to EFILive.

IMO you may as well read out the current tune with EFILive and then compare to stock. Then you can make am educated choice.

Read out the LS1_Edit file and save it. Start with a stock program for your car and compare it to the LS1_Edit file. You can copy all the modifications to the stock file from the LS1_Edit file and start with that file as your baseline. If the gear/tire combination is not stock, you may want to use EFI_Live to correctly set the speedo/shift points.
