2000 L31 stock tune needed???

Hi Guys.
I have a friend with a 2000 K2500 (4x4 4L80E) L31 (5.7L Vortec motor) OBS crew cab truck who seems to be having issues with his tune.
I'm looking for a stock tune as a base due to the current one having been 'played with' with a Hypertech programmer.
OS is 16265175.
I've looked through the Holden Crazy repository but can't find one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also...is there any reason he wouldn't be able to do a full flash with a different OS?
His tune shows it as being a 512mb OS???

Can anyone tell me why the 2000 K2500 L31 tune would be soooo different to the 98 or 99?

Can you post that tune? I need to check some parameters on my 2001 s10 with a 383.
