PIDS not there

when im using the scan tool why arent any of the transmission pids available to select? but when i configure the pids for the box in the device settings a bunch of trans pids are there, but i dont want to log with the box only.

Im guessing you have a separate ECM/TCM setup then. V7.5 Scan tool cannot log both the ECM and TCM at once, you have to log them separately. You can log both controllers using your V2 and BBL, this is the only way to do it currently until the full V8 Scan and Tune is released.

it doesnt matter which one i connect to, none of the trans pids are there at all.

OK, in V7.5 Scan tool press the green connect to button. Select T42 (or proper controller) and connect. Then go Info-> Validate PIDs. You should now be able to select the trans PIDs you want and log them.
