Does anyone positively know what MAP sensor is from the factory. I am working with an STS Turbocharger system & was setting up my basemap to get started with, however I do not know which scaler setting to use & I am not sure if GM even put a 2-3 bar sensor on these cars. Any help would be good as this is my first efiLive install, & I want to make sure all is well before initial startup.sdf

There is no reason for a N/A car to have anything but a 1 bar map sensor.
Easy way to test it is see what the voltage output is with the eng off and key on.
Atmospeheric pressure at sea level will see around 4.8 volts from a 1 bar map sensor. a 2 bar will be half that and a 3 bar 1/3rd.
If you are barometrically challenged atmospheric will be less about 3.8v at 5000ft.

Thanks for the info! I will have to investigate this furhter. I didn't do the instlall, but I have been asked to tune the system due to an incorrect afr after install.sdf

I have tune a few sts systems from low boost to high with methanol and elctronc boost control. what is the vehicle and what levels of boost are you running. also, what add ons. I have a customer (cop) with a 02 camaro stock except sts and boost control with meth, making 440 hp and 510 lbft at 4700 rpm and is in serious need of suspension upgrades! I will try to answer anything I can.
