switched from COS 3 to COS 5 now reduced power mode

I switched everythng over to cos 5 and now the car goes into reduced power mode if a I put the car under load. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is in an 02 z06

Are you tripping the P1514 code?
Might be worth posting your tunefile.
