What is Pattern A & Pattern B on the 2010 Camaro 6L80 Tranny Tune using EFI Live??
Is one when "D" is selected and the other when "S" is selected?

Pattern A would typically be "Normal" mode, Pattern B would be sport or power mode.

Hi,
Besides pattern A & B, there is a normal shift speeds folder and a hot shift speeds folder.
When do therse come into play, and what are they used for ?

Typically 3 different shift modes. Normal/A/B.
A could be sport/manual as GMPX mentioned, B tow/haul. Depends on the platform.
Hot is for when the trans fluid has reached its max and cool down shift strategy is required.
