I was creeping on some forums and i read something about possible a ford addition to this?

No Ford support planned at this stage I'm afraid. The next platform to be supported is the 2006+ Dodge Cummins diesel.

Not officially no, it might talk to the CAN cars maybe and get some SAE PID's, but I can't say for sure, we have never even tried it.
