Hi,
I have a couple questions about COS 3 for a low boost (5-6 psi) application.

- Can you keep the stock MAP sensor?
- Can you still use the MAF and CL for normal driving and have it switch to the boost VE table for WOT?
- Does the PE modifier based on RPM still controls the WOT AFR for boost or does it automatically switch the boost VE table based on MAP readings?

Any help is appreciated.

6 PSI equates to 40 kPa which is a reasonable amount (approx. 40%) above the 101 kPa of atmospheric pressure, and pressure that the stock MAP will support.

I'd definitely suggest a 2 BAR MAP sensor otherwise you will not have any resolution between 101 and ~140 kPa. This will restrict the ability to fine tune fuel which I'd think would be fairly critical for you.

what did you boost? I'm working on a 2001 ta with twins right now with a 1 bar map it's not real fun to tune.

You should definitely get the 2 bar map sensor if you are planning to boost up to 210KPA. You have gone to the trouble and expense of turbocharging and EFILive. Why not give the PCM the correct info it needs.
