I just did engine swap from a 5.3 to 5.7. I'm having issue with costom 5.7 tune i made up. The truck fire and pops to grand and then stombles intill it dies. If you feather the trottle it will run longer but just stombles. So for kick I load my turbo 5.3 tune and fire right up with no issues but did lean because not the right tune. So here is the tune i made up. Here is the specs for the motor. 2000 LS1 with LS6 cam, 9.2cr with 60lb injectors, 317 heads, and t70 front mounted turbo. Thanks for the help guys.

Do you have a log with this happening?
Have you tried lowering the VE table in the idle areas to ensure idle isnt too rich? (Thats what it sounds like with throttle keeping it alive longer)
Also I would populate the IAT VE multiplier table with 1.0 where you want to set your base.(I leave the whole table at 1.0 for starters, and populate it from data later)

Also I notice you have only calibrated for a 1bar map sensor. To fully utilise this OS you should fit a 2 or 3 bar sensor.

Yes you are right it should be set up for 2 bar. Can you tell me what table is so can copy the setting from old 5.3 tune. I will lower the ve table in the ideal area to see if that helps. It's to late to start it with open down pipe right now.

C6301. If this is incorrect you will be in the wrong VE cell at idle. Dont worry about reducing the VE table until you have tested with the right values here.

I was compairing my 5.3 v.e table tune to my 5.7 and they realy close in the ideal area. I hope this fix the issue by fixing the C6301 table.

No worries. Sometimes a second set of eyes is all that's needed.
