Hello EFI'ers
Can an Admin or Board Mod let me know if the EFI V2 will work for a 2006 Pontiac G6 3.5L Auto. We have a turbo going on it and before committing to this project? If it will work we will purchase tonight and get rolling on this project :)

Please let me know if there is any other information that might be needed about the car? Thanks

Please tell me it so.... i do see it in the url but just want to make sure :) i have invested so many times into cars and doing R&D with no tuning and had to turn to Piggy Backs....

Just looking for a solid "YES" if so i might have to celebrate and try to get to bed before 2am and sleep with no worries ;)

Should i email support to confirm or just wait for a Mod or Admin?

Yep, I concur with GMPC, that page says 2006 G6... I asked Tech Support to verify.

Sweet, well i got my flame suite on so here we go....the reason i am so worried is because one of my tuners at the shop bought a tune from HP Tuners (long time ago) because they said it was supported...after we had problems we went back to the supported vehicles on HP Tuners and it said Except Automatics??? oh i was so frustrated and it def wasn't money well spent :( Try telling a customer that all the money they spent on a supercharger system you cant tune it? uuummm yeah! not fun...but we went stand alone so....ok i ranted sorry but i get worried when it comes to major projects like the one i have on my plate :)

Thanks again guys

Yep, I see it supported under T42 for 4 speed Auto Trans.

Blacky or Tordne: when you see this can you please verify Auto Trans also. :)

Kevin, PM me the VIN to make 100% sure, I'll check on CalID for you.
The E67 was used on a change over year in 2006, it may be an earlier unsupported PCM.

I have 2006 E67 ECM G6 files with the 3.9L, but not the 3.5.

Cheers,
Ross

Lucky you didn't go ahead and purchase yet. This vehicle shows as using a controller that EFILive does not actually support. It is the V6 equivalent controller to the E40 used in the v8's. This is not on the immediate list of controllers that we are considering adding support for, and definitely not t the extent of custom operating systems for boosted applications. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, and sorry we were not able to provide a solution on this occasion.
