The file is not the correct size so must have been read with old firmware (or there is a fault in the latest). There was an issue recently with saving .CTD format files in the V7 Tune Tool. Please ensure you are running versions 7.5.6 Build 117 and 8.1.2 Build 97 version and that your FlashScan v2 firmware is version 2.06.35. You will need to re-read the calibration from the vehicle after these updates.

If you are already running these versions please let us know.

BTW: Also added .CTD as a valid extension to the forum :)

Also, the software thinks your file is an LBZ, I hate to state the obvious, but please make sure you selected LMM from the drop down list of ECM types.

Ya know read it out as a lmm both times if it was a lbz its the only one i have seen with a dpf filter.
There might have been a tuner in this truck at one timebut he said it was pulled out. But still has an edge juice with monitor that i unpluged before reading and flashing the truck

that's probably your problem. doesn't it have a harness under the hood that needs to come out too?

yes i unpluged the harness under the hood after the lap top would not merge it the first read then tryed again and still would not merge

I was reluctant to ask because I know it sounds so obvious, but the reason I asked is because it's been the problem on more than one occasion!
Can you please get the OS number of the ECM. Whilst connected to the vehicle, in the Tune Tool, press Ctrl+Alt+PgUp , select LMM and post up the OS number here.
