Flash a 05 Corvette

I'll flash a 05 Corvette soon and want to know, if i have to do a full reflash
to use the cos for E40 ? Do i've to remove some fuse to flash ? What 2.5 bar
map sensor to use with this cos ?

When you switch to a custom operating system, you have to do a full reflash. Read the tutoria under the "Help" tab in the tuner-- it has everything you need to know. As for a 2.5-bar MAP sensor, I don't know of any. Use a GM 2-bar or 3-bar sensor as required by your boost levels.
