I have a good source of E85 near me and my wife's 2008 Acadia 3.6L is not a flex fuel branded vehicle. Although, I noticed a few settings within EFIlive in the Acadia OS referring to Ethanol. Is it possible that the vehcile wouid support E85 if the tuning was done right (and assuming the fuel lines are E85 safe)?
Anyone done this?

Is it the same OS, just a different cal?
IF the PCM is the same, I would look over a real FF version and see if they are the same (likely very close), the FF version incorprates the virtual fuel sensor, which as I understand it is like a 3rd trim like a the LTFT, I guess more or less an ETFT, ethanol fuel trim. So if you can, I would be surprised if it didn't work. But don't do on daily driver if you think there is any risk of making it undrivable if you do have to change the OS.

Anyone know if GM has the 2008 3.6 VVT LY7 in any FF vehicles? As far as I know, the Acadia doesn't have a FF option.
