help needed...pcm asking to be licensed again

okay...here is my problem

i had a 99 ls1 pcm go bad in my car, this was after licensed and flashed multiple times.

so fast forward till today. i had the pcm repaired, put it back in the car, pulled the tune out and edited the maps and engine codes back to where i was with the other pcm. flashed it back into the car fine. turned the ign on and wanted to check my idle pids to start tuning the car again. most came up invalid and then efilive wanted me to re-license the pcm.

what do i go to get control of the pcm again. i have flashed this pcm and now its asking for a new license????

Can you please provide details of software version used and if applicable FlashScan v2 firmware? As of this post the latest software version is 7.5.6 Build 117 and FlashScan v2 firmware is 2.06.35 (provided by the 8.1.2 Build 97 software). - When connected to your PCM go to the Tune Tool and select the 'Flash->Show PCM info' menu option, choose the correct controller and then click te 'Get Info' button

That is not really making much sense, you don't need to license the PCM to scan it, the license process is only applicable when flashing, which you said you were able to do.
